Returning & Replacement & Refund

Return Policy 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition. 

Return for refund:

1.Please contact our customer service at first and verify your order problems.

2.The customer service will offer you the return address. The return shipping fee will be paid by the customers.

3. Refund you in 3-7 working days after we get your return package.

Return for exchange:

1.Please contact our customer service at first and verify your order problems.

2.The customer will offer you the address to return. Return shipping fee and reshipping fee will be paid by the customers.

3.Prepare your new item and ship it ASAP after we get your return. 

Important Note:

Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and we will spare no effort to help.
